This is a bustling neighborhood filled with local businesses including restaurants, cafes, nail and hair salons, tasting rooms and more! The treatment room is approximately 250 sq ft, so it’s large enough for two practitioners to utilize simultaneously. For example, couples massage, facials, eyelash extensions, etc., can be performed by 2 practitioners on two clients at the same time. 1 full day each week (4 days per month): $175 1 half day each week (4 half per month): $115 1 quarter day per week (4 per month): $85 For example, 3 full days per week (Mon/Tues/Weds) would cost $525/month. 3 quarter days per week (for example 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.) would cost $265/month.
