The Ancient Teachings of the Ishayas, offer meditative tools for deeper rest than sleep, the release of stress, and expansion of our consciousness. Humans have the ability to evolve and expand our consciousness and having the proper tools to assist us, can increase our rate of growth and evolution. We teach the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas over the "First Sphere course" which includes instruction of the first four Ascension techniques, based in Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. This practice is taught only in-person, with two teachers of Ascension, and is a commitment of 2 1/2 days to learn.
